Aerobics Classes are $3 each or they are included in the quarterly pass.

Classes are subject to change due to participation.

Age limits: 13-15 may attend with parent, 16 and over may attend without parent.

Definitions of classes:

Iyengar Yoga:
Emphasizes alignment and breath

Mat Challenge: A sculpting class using yoga, Pilates, & weights

Tighten-Up: A sculpting class using hand weights, bands, and exercise balls.
Class times are 45 minutes.

Step: cardio class with benches

Cardio: A class with different formats weekly

Yoga: A workout for both your mind and body

Flow Yoga: Postures done in a flowing sequence

Zumba Dance: Cross-cultural dance workout

Ab-o-Tight: 30 minutes of nothing but core exercises

Cardio Hour: Exactly what it says, one hour of movement

Step & Sculpt: Cardio and sculpting class

Take a Breath...: 45 minute relaxing yoga class, a great way to end the week!

Core Strength: 30 minutes of exercises focusing on abs and back

Indoor Cycling: 45 minute class
